Eligibility and Insurance Coverage
Insurance eligibility for products (including CGMs, orthopedic braces, mobility aids, incontinence and urology supplies) is subject to verification, prescription, and plan limitations. MedQ facilitates documentation, but final coverage decisions rest with your insurer.
Product Availability and Delivery
Product availability is subject to stock and insurance approval. Approved orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location and documentation completion.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the medical nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items damaged during delivery or shipped in error. All return requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery. Returned products must remain unopened and unused. Custom orders or insurance-covered supplies are non-returnable.
